Kitchin N1 is a buffet style restaurant so you can enjoy as much food as you like for one price. We have up to 100 dishes available and they change with the seasons so our dishes are always fresh, healthy and where possible the ingredients are locally sourced and haven’t travelled half way round the world. Furthermore our chefs are constantly adding new dishes, to give you the best possible choice. Which is why the items on this page are only to serve as a guide – some may not be available on your visit.

Remember to try the Live Cooking sections:

Wok Station – choose your fresh ingredients and hand them to the chef who transforms them into a delicious meal in his flaming Wok

Grill – enjoy grilled meats such as Satay chicken cooked to order

Tandoori – nothing tastes like freshly cooked starter from an authentic Tandoori Oven

But don’t forget to leave room for a few visits to the dessert counter!
