Bookings:
Please note that during December a deposit is required for all bookings
- For all tables of 8 or more we'll need a deposit of 10% of the meal price for that session for the number of people that the booking is for.
- Deposits have to be paid with no less than 24 hours notice before the reservation date with the confirmation of number of people eating.
- Once the deposit is made your table is reserved and will be held for up to 15 minutes from your booking time. We will make every effort to seat you when your party arrives but please note that after 15 minutes your booking is null and void. However this is up to the managers discretion.
- If you are running late it’s up to you to phone us so can try and seat you as soon as your party arrives.
- Groups will be sat only when the majority of that group has arrived.
- You are reminded that during busy periods you must vacate the table after 2 hours.
- Please note that we don't allow those not eating to sit in the restaurant. Anyone sat in the restaurant will be considered to be eating and charged the appropriate meal price.
Refunds:
- We will only consider refunding a deposit if more than 24 hours notice is given in before the booking.
- Kitchin reverses the right to change and amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Timings:
- During busy periods tables are booked for 2 hours – after that period you are more than welcome to continue drinking in the bar area.
- Please note that the 2 hour policy starts from when the majority of the party are seated not when the last person arrives.
- Last tables will be accepted 30 minutes before the restaurant closes.
- We’ll stop replenishing food 30 minutes before closing and start clearing the buffet food 15 minutes before closing.
- If you haven’t made a booking we may not be able to give you a table for the full 2 hours but our staff will advise about this when you sit down.
