Currently, we have only one outlet at King’s Cross. We have a very straightforward approach – you help yourself to your favourite food, we serve the drinks at your table.
- We show you to the table and take your drinks order.
- As you help yourself to the food and come back with your favourite selections, your drinks will be waiting to accompany your food.
- Food to order i.e. naan, stir fry noodles or grills will be served by our waiting staff and empty plates will be cleared frequently. You can re-order your drinks any time from our servers.
- You can take food as many times as you want.
- Towards the end of your meal, your bill will be brought to your table.
We are strongly committed to satisfying our customers with the quality food and its authentic taste and flavour from the country of origin prepared fresh in the centre of the dining hall. We kindly request our customers to co-operate with the practices we are putting in. However, our live stations – noodle and grill bars - are always offering their succulent creations for you to choose from.
Currently, we do not have any discount schemes for large groups, however, we run seasonal promotions, which are available at “Promotions and Offers” section. Please visit this section regularly.
Yes - Enjoy your birthday meal on us! Offer available dinner time only on bookings of 6 or more and must be claimed within 10 days of the birthday. Must provide valid I.D and booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You can find more information on our offers page. If you bring your own cake and candles, our staff will assist in bringing your candle-lit cake with birthday song at the background to mark your special day.
Your dietary requirements is more important than anything else. Our managers and the chefs can advise you on the ingredients in each dish but they are guidance only. We strongly advise you to assess the level of risk and consume any of our dishes on your own risk. We serve all the dishes in the open buffet and the customers sometimes misplace the serving cutlery resulting in cross contamination.
Yes. Based on the flow of our customers, we are committed to accommodating every single customer who wishes to dine at KitchinN1. We allow 1:30 hour for the lunch and 2 hours for the dinner.
We welcome everyone to our restaurant and source our meat from halal suppliers. All dishes are halal unless specified.
Yes, we do. We have an extensive drinks menu which comprises of selections of Juices, Mocktails, Cocktails, Spirits, and a selection of Wine to suit the food we serve.
No. Our food is only to be consumed inside the restaurant.

You can book either online at www.kitchinn1.co.uk or over the phone on 02077138777. Online bookings will not be confirmed unless you get a confirmation email or a call back from our reservation team. Please check your telephone/mobile number and email is correct before you submit your booking request.
If your booking is for 8 or more people, we require the deposit amount of 10% to confirm the booking.
You can pay for the deposit either over the phone or at the restaurant. We accept all major credit cards. There is no online payment service.
No, it is just to confirm your booking and secure your table.
To change the number of customers or time (if available) you are required to inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to inform us about the change of the number of people your deposit will not be saved and and we might not be able to give you the same table.
If you can’t make your booking, we require cancellation notice minimum 48 hours prior to the booking time.
If the booking is cancelled 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded. 10% administration charge will be applied. Contact the managers for cancellation and refund.
Unfortunately, we don't have private parking. As we are very close to the St Pancras International and King’s Cross Stations, we recommend parking at https://www.networkrail.co.uk/london-kings-cross-station/parking/

Your time will be counted from the time of your booking. Your table will be held for 15 minutes only, after which we will release the table for walk-in customers. We will do our best to provide you with an alternative table, but we cannot guarantee availability at busy times.
As we have no waiting lounge, we request our guests arrive at the time of the booking.

Yes, we provide high chairs for the kids depending on the availability. Please speak to our members of staff while booking or leave a note on the note section of the booking form.
Only one child under three eats for free. We charge £3 for each additional child as a cover charge. Children aged 4 to 9 will be charged according to the kids price listed in the price section.
