Our story is a gastronomic journey from the street food of India to the fishing villages of Thailand with a stopover in the traditional Trattorias of Italy then on to China. We’ve travelled through these countries, meeting great chefs, learning fantastic recipes and traditional cooking techniques. We’ve perfected the use of incredible aromatic spices and herbs combined with fresh ingredients to create dishes that evoke the country of origin. Take a bite, shut your eyes and your palate will transport you around the globe. Watch our chefs prepare dishes at the Live Cooking Stations including the Wok Station (watch out for the flames!), The Grill and The Tandoori Oven for a true masterclass in authentic cuisine. Fish lovers will love our Friday nights when we cook more seafood dishes than normal. Saturday night’s when we focus on grills and roast duck and Sundays too are extra special with the addition of Roasts.
